Would it be possible for buttons and sliders (or all functional objects) to have both the auto-reset and 'reset button' function, like the standard/auto reset knobs do?
That would be a great reset / panic option when multiple controls have been moved and you want to reset them all to a value with one button. Especially useful in larger setups where many controls have been used and it's hard to see what needs resetting to 0.
To further expand on that, it might also be useful to be able to have multiple reset buttons that can reset selected controls, e.g. a user can select a group of objects to be reset by 'Reset Button 01', and another group of objects reset by 'Reset Button 02'.
I'm using Chameleon like a mixer - track volume, effect sends, various effect parameters, etc.
I prefer sliders to knobs as I feel they give more control. It would be great to be able to set them all back to either 0, or a defined default position at once.
Here is an example of how I started using Chameleon:
@subset Ok let-me see what can do related to this. I want link your video in the landing page of Chamelon, is that ok? For sure like your music, if want show videos in the future, here all what you have to do is paste the link of Youtube and video appear on the post.
Hello, I'd say I'd also be very interested in this. I'm using Chameleon as an isomorphic keyboard and having sliders auto-reset would allow me to use them as velocity-sensitive keys
Bounce! I just wanted to raise this feature request again.
I've just bought Traktor and the second slider I added in Chameleon is the cross fader. It would be so helpful if sliders could be assigned a zero / start value, and double tapping them, or having a 'reset' button, would set them back to the default value.
