Hello everyone I own a surface book running Windows 11 followed instructions on your website regarding disabling feature and upon opening the trail version the app closes ? I really like what chameleon offers and promotion will expire soon is there a fix ?? since I already purchased elephant I hope I won’t run into issues with that product if no Windows 11 support available, thank you.

Chameleon-Installer-v1.5.5.ib this version is installed I removed it the first time and it did not even run I removed it and rebooted like normal and reinstalled it and finally open like it did with your trial version now purchased thinking it will be a fixed version still the behavior is still doing the same as soon as I starter to open or create a template BAM it closes I might have to send you a video for you to witness this issue thank you and sorry to be a big pain cheers!

Really sorry but that won't help.
At this moment, you are the only one reporting an issue with the software on windows 11.
I use windows 11 here for code and test purposes, and a few runs a few virtual machines for test also and cant reproduce a crash on windows 11.
Maybe we can schedule remote access to your machine to try to take a faster look to see if can find something.
I can't fix what I can't reproduce here.

it seems to be stable but need to test it again!! but get this my new Microsoft dial decided to take a dump it does not turn on likes it dead changed batteries and Microsoft suggestions and "NADA DAMMM", now in the process of returning it to the seller through Amazon urghhhh so sad I dont know what to do anymore.
PS thank you for all your help if I find issues with Chameleon I will reach out!! Elephant did not launch early but lets place a rest on that for now since I dont think am going to waste money on another dial instead of something I really want cheers!!!

About Elephant, the software requiere a paired surface dial to work, already inform that in other post, in the product landing page and also in the user guide.

Good morning, and no need to feel grumpy. It’s OK I will not mention that product in this post ever again. I did mention it on the other post because I didn’t want to confuse anyone as you stated I will keep it strictly about this product on this post and no don’t feel bad. I ended up buying Microsoft dial again because I was enjoying it fully using it on my surface book and yes, like I stated, you might have to just log back in and tweak certain things that will get this working. Hi there reporting back it works superb on Windows 10 very stable Chameleon!!! was able to create two sliders and assign midi channels to them !! just working in the environment was an excellent experience !! I have some suspicions that it could be my antivirus crippling the first install on Windows 11 I have Avast running ? will have to check that tonight when I reinstall it again and run those commands you suggested ok.
I remove my comment about Regsvr32.exe duet nothing indicates running that command fixes anything.
Yes maybe can be your AV.
In any professional environment, I suggest just using windows defender, which is more than ok.
The command remains on one of your posts, I have not removed it yet.... if nothing is fixed I also remove that, just to prevent people run stuff and not fixing anything.
Reinstall again, and check if works or not.
Try without us that AV, or at least before installing the AV.

Will do my friend I noticed that the first time installing it on my Windows 11 machine damm!!! AV stops it and errors out the program maybe I might have to whitelist it so it wont intervene? we shall see my friend!!! but thank you!!
Good evening my friend!! I tested Chameleon without the Antivirus installed I completely removed it also removed Chameleon using revo uninstaller which removed any left over reg keys, installed it fresh and it seems to be stable accept when i start to poke things with nobs or sliders and expand the side chameleon closes out ?? so at this point I have no idea what other fixes I may apply, if you can help me buddy please do so I will appreciate it, I wont be back on my home computer until evening hours as I work the rest of the week at the main office, thank you buddy I attached a video so you may see the behavior of Chameleon, have a pleasant evening!.
PS I did not run the command you suggested early in the chat because you told me that it will not do anything, now on Windows 10 it works with no issues it seems to respond as it should, thank you.
