I tried three times to use the contact form on the main website (savethehuman5.com/contact), but when I submitted it, it showed 'There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.', so I'm posting here, instead.
I purchased Chameleon over 48 hours ago but have not yet received an activation code.
Does anyone know when can I expect this to arrive?

As a registered user you can always use the forum, what for sure..........is the official support, not the contact form.
Contact form is a place for non registered users, there is a clear message about that in the contact form page.
You not have to receive activation code never ever, there is no code and this is the info in the user guide of chameleon, about activation.
So all what you have to do is run license manager, and enter your user and password, the same you use for the forum and this web site.
IN the near future license manager will be inside the software, for now is the way to activate.
Thanks for report the problem in the contact form, I check soon what happens.
Anyway any request form registered user form contact form will be ignored, so please use the forum and if need sent a private message also use the forum.
Please confirm you have your software activated.

Last night the site is under heavy attack, I forgot leave open one port is needed for the form.
