Hi,
since i updated to the latest elephant version, after a while a internet browser window with an add pops up.
i already purchased the advertised prdouct anyway, so this is just annoying and gets in the way when working.
is there a way to disable this?
I will have to delete elephant if not.

Hello.
This not is spam.
If you take a look on the screen of elephant when start, you will see inform you start in demo mode.
Anyone is using previous version 2.0 require reactivate his copy of software when install version 2.0 or newer.

there was no information about demo mode on my system.

i reinstalled everything and now i cannot activate elephant.
when i try to use license manager, whatever information i enter it just disappears.
elephant stays in demo mode.
What can i do?

Go to your forum top menu MY PROFILE, then ACCOUNT, then check messages.
