Hello, first of all, thank you for this app!
One question, is it possible to implement the following keystroke:
[Ctrl] + Scroll UP / Scroll Down ?
I'm asking this for my design software, which zooms using CTRL+Mouse ScrollUP / Down
Would be nice to have!

Hello!
There is no option for send keystorke and mouse events combined.
Right now no plans to implement this, a little busy with next version of chameleon and new incoming software, maybe in the near future, but not guarantees.
