[Solved] Elephant Won't Start

Hello.
I never test with windows 32 bits, my fault, I not use win32,  is really uncommon at this days found somebody using windows 32 bits in the music/audio domain.
I already updated the system requirements to windows 64bit on the Elephant page.

After run the software what error you see?
In the task manager the app is running after open the app?

If press escape keyboard  twice as is indicated on the instructions, the software open?
Are you sure after run you not press the dial and keep the dial pressed closing the software?
Already see the warning on the user guide related to that?

There is a chance to install 64 bit version of windows on that tablet?
I cant confirm that is the issue, so this should be the latest thing to try.

I don't see any error when running the software - nothing happens at all.  Nothing is in the task manager, and I haven't pressed the dial once I double click on the icon to start the program :(.

Unfortunately, I can't install a 64 bit version of Windows on this tablet (the processor won't support it).  I have another tablet on which I (happily) use Elephant, and was hoping to install it here, too.  If not, that's okay.

I suppose there is no 32 bit emulator that you could try the program on?  Perhaps it is not a large project to make a 32 bit version?  I can't imagine that Elephant needs a lot of memory, so maybe most of the code could work equally well on a 32 bit platform?

I try to install in the next days a 32 bits version of windows on a virtual machine in order can make some tests.
This take some time.

With no offense windows 32 bit support not is on higher priority.

I found some troubles on some windows 32bit install , for now I suggest use windows 64bit until i cna check if can solve some issues I see.
Is strange because in some 32bit install work in other no.
