Scroll Mode not working in Waves Plugins (Does Scroll Mode maps everything that the mouse scroll does?)

I just acquired a Surface Dial after seeing the recent updates on controlling plugin parameters with it. I am using MAGIX Samplitude and although the combination mode works well with Plugin Alliances, and a few others... it doesn't work well for plugins and specifically MAGIX Samplitude and Sequioa which uses scroll mode on the mouse with shift as a Ultra fine adjustment. The oblique movement on the Combination mode doesn't work well with the DAW as well, and my PAN knob will be stuck at the 2 O'clock, Volume also has issues.

If I switch it to Scroll Mode, most plugins will work, but Waves plugin will not recognize it. Also the built-in MAGIX plugins also do not respond to Elephant's scroll mode. My actual mouse scroll will however activate Waves plugins and do everything it is suppose to.

So my question is how many kinds of scrolls are enabled in Scroll Mode, and why my mouse scroll will do everything the DAW and any plugin suppose to do, but it doesn't on Elephant's Scroll Mode.

PS: HOWEVER, the oblique movement on Combination Mode has a much finer adjustment than Scroll Mode.

@savethehuman5 Hey! Do you have any updates on this? It doesn't work on waves plugins here either, and I really can't understand why, when scrolling with my mouse does work!
Thanks!
