Hello, I logged onto this website because the Chameleon I have downloaded says it's only in demo mode. I could have sworn that I bought the full version before, but after trying to look through my emails and after going on this website, I couldn't find a trace of it, so I just bought it again (technically, the all software bundle for $9.99). Afterwards, I've been checking my email for the activation code and didn't see it yet, so I figured I might as well search my past emails one more time, And I actually found that I bought Chameleon last year on March 9th 2024 for $9.99 with the same account and email. Before accidentally buying it a second time, I had logged onto this website to try to find any trace of having bought it before, and the website treated me like I never bought it before, leading to my confusion and leading to me paying for it a second time under the same email. Is there any way I can get a refund for this accidental second order? It's just an extra $9.99 I spent for the same digital product I already bought with the same email. Sorry but I'm frustrated with this predicament
I tried sending this through the Contact Us form and it said it couldn't be sent, an error occurred. Unbelievable
