Please avoid that Chameleon can open a second instance.....

Second or multiple instance is useful in some cases for some users, I think I can add a simple screen to warn you are staring a second instance of software, or something like that.

problem is if you have 2 instances on 1 monitor at the same time.....

When a instance is already is running the new behavior warn to the user about Chameleon is already open and user can cancel and no open. Easy

The solution come from more useful way.
As default the software is locked and can open multiple instances.
If you need that, then can enable from a new config panel.
