My favorites:
Dell P2714T
Dell S2240T
DELL P2418HT this is the most new and cheap, very good quality easy to find around the world.
Dont should be used how in the video floating only on the stand, have a tendency to move a little, but is possible use in better way.
Dell S2240T is better but not easy to find at this days, this are my favorites, there is a very large list of touch monitors available on the market at this days.

I have the P2418HT. Really good experiences with it.
i just stuck the screen on the table and nothing move.

@savethehuman5 @zengel Yes agreed, also own the Dell P2418HT. I was mostly asking to hear about other experiences. I will take this response as I made the right choice
@savethehuman5 Will help start the list, especially addressing different form factors ex: 7" to 11" monitors that can be targeted for "streamers" to create custom stream deck alternatives. As for 27"+ this could get interesting!
I could also see a "Show of you Chameleon" section on the forum...
