I made some progress.

1. I did a Windows 10 system restore to an earlier date to restore Chameleon V1.3 on my PC.

2. Then I installed V1.5a

3. Then I deleted Bome (to remove old routings)

4. Then I installed V1.5a again (to reinstall Bome)

5. Then I activated software license.

6. Now I get the correct 'Main Menu' screen to appear when I start Chameleon app.

Important to say that I only use Chameleon with Mouse, not with touchscreen.

I use Chameleon to provide additional MIDI screen buttons with my Cakewalk DAW.

My previous request to prevent the ESC key from making the Chameleon editor appear was necessary as I use the ESC key for Cakewalk functions.

So here is my report on V1.5a

1. I select Chameleon 'Test With Mouse' (which is my way to use Chameleon)

2. I close the Chameleon Editor.

3. My Chameleon screen buttons operate correctly.

Now here is the problem:

I have no way to make the Editor reappear and no way to close the app except using Windows Task Manager.

When in 'Test with Mouse' mode, the ESC key is ALWAYS DISABLED.  It does not conform to the status of the 'Disable Escape Key' tick box.

We previously discussed that you add the facility to select a different key (different from ESC key) to make the Editor appear.  I think for my application of Chameleon this would be the only solution.

Let me know your thoughts.

You can disable the keyboard as you need.
There is no any change in that, the bug is related to editor wont appear with mouse right click etc.
The behaviour is what should be.
