Hello
I am encountering an issue with the encoders not being responsive to midi command, I have troubleshooted both on traktor 2 and 3 to no avail I cannot get them to work.

I think you make mention of 4 decks template?
Or is a custom template?
Please confirm.

In case you are talking about 4 decks template, I upload a fix in the next hours fix some issues , including non working encoders.

Template is updated and problem with encoders fixed, download template and import in Traktor the new map.

Everything is functioning again so far as it should 
I will let you know if I run into anymore hiccups
