The Save button is removed when a second instance of Chameleon is launched. The Save button is visible on the first instance, but as soon as the second is opened, it disappears.

Yes, you can edit and save only on single instance, you cant save form when multiple instances are running.
Multiple instances is for perform not for edit, nd for sure need some improvements, working on that now.
