I am running into some fatal errors trying to use Chameleon, upon changing my screen resolution for other programs and switching it back to 1920 x 1080 and 125% zoom, resetting the layout causes Traktor to wildly drift off screen i encountered this problem before where you remotely accessed my computer to fix it and my zoom percentage was not adjusted but now i see that is not the case, all of the settings are correct but now i am prompted with this message "Error d:\bamboo-build\tp-mb2113-buildpc\sources\base\control\accessor\controlaccessorguibuttonmenu.h52" this message appears in Traktor when Chameleon is open now and closes Traktor when the error message is closed. Traktor also now opens up not fitting the screen prior to opening chameleon so i troubleshooted by reinstalling Traktor to rule it out but that did not fix the issue.
Private message sent, need do remote support, anyway that is a Traktor error, non related to chameleon, anyway I can take a look.

Already try update to latest version and check if Traktor software is activated using native access tool?

I was thinking about that and i will try after if you cant seem to find the issue, I have Traktor pro 2 still and you found the work around quite quickly now unrelated to the issue all of my products are bought and registered but i am at the same issue as before except now i have an error message where as before it was offsetting the reset layout position without error, so i am leaning more on the side of display setting issues maybe something with the GPU but i cant conclude anything.
Some chance to update to Traktor 3?
For sure the template 4 decks is for Traktor 3 not for Traktor 2.
