[Solved] Software Activation

Please follow these instructions to activate your software, please open the bellow link.

I've just moved to Windows 11. Having trouble activating Elephant via License Manager. Updated my password to get into forum. It's not working with the License Manager.

I tried following the guide but the link to recover credentials just loops back to the forum! :-/

Maybe you already reach the maximum amount software can be activated.

The user and password for activate the software is the same used in forum.

No, same issue using email and new password (same credentials as I use to sign-in to this forum :-/ )

OK, one faster solution is access with a tool like  RustDesk: Open-Source Remote Desktop with Self-Hosted Server Solutions
You can install and I can access to check what is the problem.
You can use private message in order we continue.

What version of Elephant software you use?

Based on what I see on the video, you are using a very older version of the software.
Please uninstall the software, then go to:
 - Elephant User Guide 

Then you can activate.

I dug out the download link from an old email. Probably the one I received after buying Elephant, so would have been an old link that's still active. Anyway, all good now. Thanks again.
